This pushbuttons acts as a hold of the inner coolant if the previous selector (COOLANT/AIR) is in central 

position. Yet, it controls the delivery and the stop of the inner coolant if the previous selector (COOLANT/

AIR) is in left position. It controls the cleaning air of the inner coolant if the previous selector (COOLANT/

AIR) is in right position.


如果不能(冷 却液/气)选择A5中间位置,则此按钮控制内冷 却液;如果选择左边位置,则控制内冷 却液的

ARRANGEMENT OF “CUSTOM” PUSHBUTTONS“自定义“按钮排列


Introduction: 介绍:


The m ain control panel is located on the operator platform and from it the operator m ay controls the m achine operation. It allows carrying out 

most operations but it is any case restricted by the other control panels with which the m achine is equipped. The operation of any of the m anua

l control panels in fact inhibits part of its functionality.

主面板或机床面板位于操作平台上,用于控制机床工作。他能实现几乎所有的机床操作但受限于其他面板所进行的操作。任何手动面板的使用会限 制

他的部分功能。


The operator, who is acting m anually for safety reasons, must have at any time the full control of the part of the m achine on which he is working.

Composition: 组成

Functioning: 功能


The functioning of the m ain control panel is quite complex because it carries out whether the norm al functions provided by Siemens, or the sp

ecific operations planned by the operator and both.

主面板的功能相当复杂,因为它既包含西门子提供的标准功能,还有上述功能用于专门操作。


To not overload the subject we decide to leave out the description of the standard functions Siemens, which you can find on the relevant use and m aintenance m anuals. In particular we do not treat the unit MMC that is entirely m anaged by Siemens. The only intervention m ade by the m 

anufacturer is that of inhibit some functions or configure some pages in order to better adapt it to the specific functions of the m achine. 

为了避免项目繁重,我方省略了西门子功能性标准的描述,您可参阅西门子提供的专用手册。特别是,MMC单元我方也不做涉及了,因为此单元全由

西门子管理而机床制造上唯 一干涉的地方就是限 制了一些功能或配置使它更适合机床。


So we start with the keys placed under the user inter f a ce MMC. 

所以我们从MMC用户接口下的按钮开始介绍。

“Machine ON” Push Button: “机床启动”按钮


The key “m achine ON” serves to reset the safety submodule (emergency, overtravel, spindle) in order to operate the auxiliaries and the m achine 

axes. At the first switching on the relevant la mp is OFF. This condition means that all the functions of the m achine are inhibit and at least one 

safety submodule has not been reset.

“机床启动”按钮用来恢复安全模式(紧急情况,超行程,主轴),打开辅助开关和各轴。第一次启动的时候,按钮相关的信号灯是暗的。此情况表明

机床的所有活动被禁止且至少有一种安全模式没有被恢复。


If the m achine condition does it allow, after the first selection of the key all the safety submodules are reset (m achine not in overtravel, 

emergencies not set, headstock control panel deactivated); on the contrary, the state of inhibition will rem ain active. When the safety 

submodules are reset the l a mp flashes slowly. In this new state a second selection of the key “m achine ON” produces the activation of 

the auxiliaries and so the m achine is operative with the only exception that the axes are not powered.

直到第一次按按钮,在机床条件允许的条件下安全模式才被恢复(没有超行程,紧急按钮没有按下,主面板不可用);否则,仍保持禁止状态。

The quick flashing of the la mp shows the new condition.

With the further selection of the key the axes line is powered. It is conditioned by the fact that it would be the DC an AC input and that no 

axis would be in overtravel.

更长的按住此按钮,则激 活轴线。在这种状态下,有交直流进给没有轴超行程。


The la mp shows this new condition ON.

通过灯接通来表示这种新状态。


If at least one axis is in overtravel the input at the axes line is abled only for the time in which the key is pressed, provided that the channel 1

 would be in the JOG mode. In case the axis is in overtravel it is necessary to keep pressed the key “Machine ON” as long as to control the axis 

out of the overtravel.

如果至少有一根轴超行程,则只有按下按钮时才轴线进给并使通道1处于手动模式。如果轴超行程,则按住“机床启动”按钮可以避免。


After operating the axes line it keeps this condition as long as one of the above mentioned conditions will occur: emergency state of the 

m achine, wrong DC or AC input, axis in overtravel. Among these events only the emergency state disables also the auxiliaries, this means 

that except for this case the relevant la mp flashes quickly.

一旦轴线激 活,则保持这种情况直到状态改变,诸如:机床处于紧急状态,直流或交流进给不正确或者轴再次超行程。在这些状态中,只有 机床

处于紧急状态才关闭辅助开关;这意味着,除了这种情况,相关的信号灯仅保持快闪。


The use of the headstock control panel causes the activation of the spindle safety submodule. If this happens it is necessary to reset the 

submodule m a k i n g sure that the attachments and the tools would be cla mped and the selector of the headstock control panel would 

be in the central position and then press the “M achine ON”. For further inform ation see the section “Headstock control panel”.

主控制面板的使用将激 活主轴安全模式。确保附件和刀 具夹紧且面板选择器处于中 心位置,然后按下“机床启动”按钮,则安全模式随后将被恢复。

“Alarm Reset” Push Button: “报 警复位”按钮


The selection of the key “Alarm reset” disables all alarms; for further inform ation see the section “alarms and messages”. The relevant la mp 

is norm ally OFF and it flashes at each alarm or message out of the norm al running of the m achine.

“报 警复位”按钮用来撤销所有的报 警,只要按一下按钮即可(详见“报 警和信息”)。按钮相关的信号灯正常下是暗的,每闪烁一次就有一次关于机

床的不正常机能的报 警或信息显示。


In particular, the la mp doesn’t flash during the axis uncla mping being that a transitory condition belonging to the norm al running of the 

m achine.

特别是,信号灯不闪的时候说明轴释放,这种情况是短暂的,且为机床正常运行的一部分。


Buzzer: 蜂鸣器


The “Buzzer” or hooter serves to draw the attention of the operator owing to the particular conditions that norm ally he couldn’t feel. 

蜂鸣器或者声音报 警是用于引起操作者注意那些不可转移的特殊情况。


It gives an impulse each time the Renishaw bends and in any case it shows the condition reached.

它每次发出一个脉冲来表示Renishaw探 头弯曲或者发生了情况。


It gives an impulse also when abling the control of the Renishaw by M50 but this last is not yet activated.

也可以表示带M50功能的Renishaw控制启动但Renishaw还未激 活。

Coolant: 冷 却液


The coolant m anagement (or the air supply on the workpiece) is carried out whether in m anual mode or in aut o m atic. Doubtfully the first 

one prevails on the second one.

可手动和自动控制冷 却液(或气用于工件)。毫无疑问,手动优先。


For this purpose, it has been provided on the m ain control panel a two positions selector key: m anual or aut o m atic mode. 

为此,主面板上设置了一个2位置选择键:手动或自动模式。


When the selector is in the aut o m atic mode the key for the external and internal coolant is inhibit and its control is assigned to the NC.

如果该选择键处于自动模式位置,则控制内外冷 却液的按钮停止而由NC控制。


In fact, by the functions M7, M8, M97, M98 it is possible to control the internal and external coolant, the air supply inside and outside the 

workpiece respectively, while the function M9 disables all these functions.

事实上,M7,M8, M97, M98功能可以分别控制内外冷 却液,工件内外气体供给,但M9关闭了这些功能。


The la mp relevant to the internal, external coolant or the air supply (led on the push button INTERNAL AIR – EXTERNAL AIR on the operator 

control panel) will be ON when the function is active, and OFF on the contrary.

当功能有 效时,内外冷 却液/气(操作面板上的内/外气键)的信号灯点亮,反之熄灭。


With the selector key in m anual mode the coolant supply will be interrupted and its reactivation depends on the next key selection. The first 

selection of the key serves to activate the control and the second one to deactivate it.

如果该选择键处于手动模式位置,则当前可用的冷 却液被阻断,再次激 活则需按键。第一次按键激 活控制,第 二次按则停止。


Also in this case the la mps ON will state the function active, while if they are OFF the function is not controlled.

这种情况下,灯亮说明功能可用反之则不能控制。


Besides the above-mentioned state there is a state of flashing la mp, which happens whenever a function operated by the progra m is 

disabled m anually. In this case with the selector in aut o m atic mode the control will be immediately reset.

除了这些情况以外,灯闪说明程序手动停止来使功能激 活。在此情况下,使选择键处于自动模式下,就能立即恢复控制。


Handwheel: 手轮


This key serves to operate the handwheel placed from the side of the m ain control panel and it allows moving all axes exclusively in JOG mode. 

Its operation is also conditioned by the state of the SIEMENS mobile control panel, because is not possible to move the axes in JOG from two 

different equipments at the sa me time.

此钥匙用于激 活位于主控制面板边上的手轮,它可以使所有轴以手动模式移动。它的操作允许与否由西门子控制面板的当前状态所决定,因为不可

Joystick for the operator platform: 操作平台控制杆


Through a joystick at 4 positions it is possible to move the platform independently from the m achine movement in order to have a better sight 

of the workpiece.

BHG Selector-Key: BHG钥匙选择器


The selector-key BHG enables activate or deactivate the BHG control panel. The selector key on the BHG serves to deactivate its functionality 

even keeping the connection with the NC. With the electrical connection off, also the mush-room-head pushbutton and the safety device 

“dead m an” are inhibit.

BHG钥匙选择器用来打开或关闭BHG面板。钥匙选择器处于BHG无作用状态则停止功能,即便在与NC通讯中。蘑菇形紧急按钮和安全设备“备用”无效。


Spindle JOG: 主轴手动模式选择器


The selector for the clockwise and counterclockwise JOG of the spindle has the sa me functionality as of that placed on the operator control 

panel if they are selected together with the pushbutton for the spindle rotation and with the channel 1 in JOG mode.

操作面板上的主轴顺时针手动模式和逆 时针手动模式有相同的功能,当与主轴旋转按钮一起按下时通道1处于手动模式。


Without pressing this pushbutton the selector doesn’t work. Unlike the keys on the operator control panel these last ones operate also in 

concomitance with the movement of an other axis.

没有此按钮,则选择器不进行任何操作。与操作控制面板上键不同的是最后的几个键操作时伴随着另一个轴的移动。


Chip conveyor: 铁屑输送器


The chip conveyor can be moved whether in aut o m atic or in m anual mode. The first mode is operated by the functions M76 (ON) and M77 

(OFF) while the second one depends on the state of the selector on “Manual functioning forward/backwards” and of the relevant pushbutton 

“Start” and “Stop”.  

铁屑输送器能用手动和自动两种模式控制。第 一种模式由M76(接通)和M77(切断)功能控制,第 二种取决于“手动功能向前/向后”选择键的状态

以及相关的“开始”“停止”按钮。


The la mps show at each time the state of the chip conveyor with the following meaning:

信号灯显示铁屑输送器的状况,含义如下:


“Start” la mp ON when the chip conveyor is moving in aut o m atic or m anual mode.

信号灯亮说明输送器在自动或手动模式下工作。


“Stop” la mp ON when the chip conveyor is stopped.

灯暗说明停止工作。


 “Start” la mp flashing when the movement of the chip conveyor is prevented due to the change of the selector from m anual mode to aut o 

m atic or viceversa if the conveyor is still moving or finally to the microswitch “chip conveyor ja mmed”.

信号灯闪说明铁屑输送器运动被阻止,可能由于输送器运动时选择键更换从手动模式转为自动或相反,或最终转为微型开关“铁屑输送器堵塞”。

Operator Push Button (Cust o m Keys): 操作员按钮(客户键)


As per the MMC we do not detail its functionality (see the SIEMENS description) but we will consider only the part relevant to the “Cust o mer” 

keys. Only the m anufacturer of the m achine provides these keys for the m anagement. There are 15 keys and their function depends to the

 planning m ade by the m anufacturer. 

关于MMC我们不作详述,您可参阅西门子书,但介绍“用户”键的管理部分,即机床制造商掌控的这些键。总共有15个键,他们的功能取决于制造商。


The numeration is m ade as usually from left to right and up and down.

T1 key:

T4 key:

The T4 key is used during the m anual tool change and it informs the NC that the operation has been carried out by the operator.

T4键用于手动换刀,它通知数控系统操作是人为的。

The PLC controls that all the operations concerned by the tool change would be done in the correct sequence and it accepts the selection of the 

T4 key only when the tool is changed. The tool change progra m is waiting in any case a further selection of the key “NC-Start” in order   to 

complete the movement of the m achine.

PLC控制所有与换刀相关的操作按照正确的顺序进行,只有换刀时才接受选择T4键。换刀程序等待进一步选择“数控-开始”以完成机床的运动。


T5 key:

The T5 key serves to reset the tool m agazine. If during the tool change you select the key reset it is possible that the tools would be m arked as 

of changing tools. A tool being in this position can’t be called into the spindle and so you can’t use it for the m achining.

键5用于刀库恢复。如果换刀期间按下复位键,则刀 具保持标记。处于此种情况下的刀 具不能被主轴重复使用,因此不能用于加工。


To avoid this condition it is suggested, after carrying the m achine at the norm al condition of working to do this operation:

为了避免这种情况发生,在机床恢复到正常工作条件下后,执行下面一系列操作:


Reset the channel 2复位通道2

Reset the channel 1复位通道1

Press the key T4. 按下T4键


So the starting conditions were reset and the m achine m ay restart running.

The led means that the operation has been started up.

用这种方法,启动条件被恢复,机床可重新正常工作。灯仅表示开始操作。


T6 key:

The m achine, as it was conceived, doesn’t allow the operator to us it in aut o m atic or semiaut o m atic, if at least one of the axes has been 

referenced (spindle excluded). This is necessary in order to avoid any aut o m atic operation providing the referencing of the axes (i.e the au 

t o m atic tool change). A special key (T6) has been provided in order to allow the operator to get out from a critical situation by overlooking

 the taking up of the reference of one or more axes. 

工根据机床设计即使只剩有一个轴还没有回参考点的情况下都不允许操作者使用自动或半自动模式。为了避免粗自动操作提供轴参考(例如自动换刀)

,这是必要的。为了这个目标,T6键能使一个或多个轴在一些特殊情况下忽略参考点以摆脱危险的情况。


Of course, the operator has to be aware that using this pushbutton the m achine is not working at full safety conditions, and so he has to be 

aware of which aut o m atic operation he can or not use.

当然,操作员应明白使用该键时机床没有在zui安 全的条件下工作,因此操作者必 须注意能否进行自动操作。


To operate the function of axis reference by-pass it is necessary to press the selector key of the axis not to be referenced together with the 

key 6. This last has to be released before the axis selector key, otherwise the by-pass will not activated.

要使参考点旁通,只要按住所选没有回参考点轴的按钮并同时按下键6。此外,键6必 须在轴选择键释放前释放,否则通路不能被打开。


It is also possible to exclude more than one axis by operating in the sa me way as said above.

To exclude the by-pass function you have to press only the T6 key.

切断通路只要按下T6键即可。


The relevant led on shows that at least the reference of one axis has been excluded, while the led off shows that the m achine is norm ally 

working.

与其相关的信号灯亮时表示至少轴上的一个参考点被切断,灯灭则表示机床正常运行。


By pressing an axis selector key it is possible recognizing if the concerned axis has been by-passed or not. In this condition the led off/on 

shows that the axis in not subject to by-pass, while the led flashing shows that the by-pass is active.

通过按下轴选择键之一,同样能识别轴的通路打开或关闭。在上述情况下,灯灭或亮都表示轴没有任何通路,而灯闪则表示轴的通路打开。


T7 key:

The key T7 serves to the m anual uncla mping of the attachment. Being that a dangerous operation, both for the operator and for the integrity 

of the attachment we have provided that the m anual uncla mping takes place only by selecting it on the headstock control panel and by 

pressing the T7 key. This avoids that the operator could wrongly uncla mps the attachment instead of a tool. The led ON shows only that 

the key has been selected.

T8 key: 

By the key M11 active and the channel 1 in Jog mode it is possible to uncla mps all the m achine axes except for the B axis of the table for

 which it is necessary at each control waiting for its uncla mping.

在手动方式通道1下通过按M11键就能放松除了工作台B轴和A轴之外的所有 机床轴,而它们的放松是由每次控制要求的。


The key is of bistable type so the first selection will activate it while the next one will deactivate it.

此键是双向稳定的,第一次按启动,随后按则禁止。


The relevant led ON shows the selection while the led OFF shows the deactivation.

相关的灯亮表示该选择器启动,灯灭说明切断。


T9 key:

The key “la mps test” has been provided to allow a rapid check of the different la mps, which the m achine is equipped. Its function is that of 

switching on the la mps and the led associated to the “Cust o mer” keys placed on the m ain control panel. As the functionality of the la mps 

shows the special conditions of the m achine, their failure m ay confuse the operator, which is monitoring the m achine itself. 

“信号灯测试”键用于快速检查机床几个部位的信号灯的完整性。它的功能简单,只要打开所有的信号灯和主面板上“用户”键相关的灯。由于信号灯

是用来表示机床的特殊状态,其中一盏有故障会导致操作者错误判断机床的实际状态。


This key serves in fact to check the correct operation of these indicators and it has to be always used when doubting about the interpretation 

of the indicator as regards to the reality. The relevant led states the selection done.

此键用于实际检查这些灯正常运行与否,并用于怀疑灯的显示和实际状态不符时。相关的信号灯仅用于表示此键已被按下。

T10 key:

For the m achine safety they have been provided some interference zones a mong the mechanical components.

为了机床的安全,在几个机械部位中有一些干扰区。


These safety devices restrict consequently some operations of the m achine. To this end it has been provided a key for the interference 

by-passing which functioning only in Jog mode. When this key has been selected it is necessary that the operator checks himself any 

possible collision between the m achine and the table, or the m achine and the pick-up.

这些安全区限 制了机床的一些功能但对操作是必 需的。为了此目的,旁路的干涉只能采用手动方式。当干涉启动时,所有的安全区用于干涉机

床和工作台之间,机床和刀库之间等等不再受控制,需操作者检查是否有碰撞发生。

T11 key:

This key has the sa air. For its working see the chapter “Coolant”. 

该键与内冷 却液输入功能一样,但是不同的是它输入的是压缩空气而不是冷 却液。其使用方法见“冷 却液”章节。


We only point out that internal coolant and/or internal air supply are reciprocally exclusive because they use the sa me mechanical parts.

我们只指出内冷 却液和/或内压缩空气输入互为排斥,因为使用相同的机械部件。


T12 key:

This key has the sa me function as that of the external coolant supply but instead of coolant it supplies air. For its working see the chapter 

“Coolant”. 

该键与外冷 却液输入功能一样,但是不同的是它输入的是压缩空气而不是冷 却液。其使用方法见“冷 却液”章节。


We only point out that external coolant and/or external air supply are reciprocally exclusive because they use the sa me mechanical parts.

T13 key:

T15 key:

Through this key it is possible to force a lubricating pulse on the nuts of all axes that are equipped with worm screws. Norm ally is the PLC that while checking the distance covered by the concerned axis decides when generating a lubricating pulse. In any case it is possible for the operator to do a further m anually lubrication of the nuts (30 seconds for each key selection).

该键可以对各轴配有螺纹丝杠的螺帽进行润滑脉冲。正常情况下,PLC检查相关轴所覆盖的距离决定何时产生润滑脉冲。任何情况下操作员可以进一步手动润滑螺帽(每个选择键30秒)。
